Gillian is the owner and head groomer at Top Tier Tails, with over 13 years of professional dog and cat grooming experience in Etobicoke.
She is known for high-quality grooms, gentle handling, and a calm approach that helps pets feel safe and comfortable. At Top Tier Tails, we believe in humanity over vanity, meaning your pet’s wellbeing always comes first. We never rush, force, or push a pet past their comfort level just to achieve a certain look. If something feels unsafe or too stressful, we slow down, adjust the plan, or stop, because a positive experience matters more than perfection.
Her work has been featured in BlogTO and Toronto.com, and after years of grooming at Petropolis, she is now bringing her experience and loyal client base into her own boutique salon.
Joining her is Amanda, our Professional Groomer, who brings 12 years of grooming experience, with a background in both dog grooming and professional horse grooming. Her experience working with animals of all sizes brings valuable knowledge, patience, and a gentle approach to our grooming team.
Together, they share a commitment to providing a quiet, comfortable, and positive grooming experience for every pet.

Our groomers work by appointment only to keep the environment calm and focused, giving each pet the time and care they deserve. We do welcome Walk-Ins for simple services such as Nail Trims! Whether it is a dog or a cat, Gillian and Amanda's goal is always the same: a clean, comfortable groom, a low-stress visit, and a pet that leaves feeling fresh, happy, and cared for.
